Yoga’s teachings go far beyond the mat. They help us understand how reality works, recognise what clouds our vision, and live a life more deeply connected with spirituality and the sacred.
✦ We begin on 4 October · Individual and group sessions online · Book →
The teachings of yoga are not limited to physical practice. They offer us a map for understanding who we are, how material nature works, and how the mind, karma, the guṇas and saṁskāras influence our perception.
In Yoga of the Subconscious, we bring this knowledge into direct experience through meditation, self-inquiry and the observation of our conditioning.
We are not seeking to perfect ourselves or remain caught in analysing our wounds. We seek to remove the layers that cloud our vision and relate to life in a more conscious and loving way.
For years, I explored the deeper layers of the mind, searching for answers and ways to heal. Over time, I came to understand that not everything is about analysing what happens to us or constantly trying to change ourselves.
Yoga’s teachings offered me a broader perspective: they helped me understand who we are, how material nature influences us, and what can distance us from our spiritual essence.
Yoga of the Subconscious was born from this journey: a space to bring this wisdom into direct experience, observe what shapes the way we see, and learn to live with greater awareness, connection and love.
My journey
My journey with yoga began in 2018 and has led me to train in Hatha, Sivananda and Ashtanga Yoga, as well as in yogic philosophy and spirituality through the study of the Bhagavad-gītā and Bhakti Yoga. I have also explored other disciplines related to the mind, energy and sound. This entire journey has shaped Yoga of the Subconscious, whose foundation today is yogic knowledge brought into everyday life.
You do not need any previous knowledge of philosophy or meditation. Only curiosity and a willingness to look at life from a broader perspective.
